What was the inspiration behind Premier Physician Services? Our story involves hard work, ingenuity, and heart. In 2012, Premier Medical Staffing Services was started by Laura and Mark Hanoski. They came from within the medical field; Mark a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Laura a Registered Nurse.

A special insiders appreciation

They have a special insiders appreciation for being part of a cohesive, well-running team of medical professionals. They focused on placing what they knew best, their core strength; which are nurses, therapists and pharmacists. Since it’s formation the company has placed more than: 1,500 medical professionals, working more than 1.7 millions hours in more than 1,860 facilities in more than 20 states. They quickly achieved what few medical staffing firms have; national respect, credibility and a high regard from their customers; Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Hospitals, Medical Groups, Correctional facilities, Dental offices, Veterans Homes, Home Health agencies and Health Systems.

We Heard You

In response to customer demand in 2015, Mark and Laura launched Premier Physician Services. Conducting searches for locum and permanent candidates by taking their internal “best practices” for credentialing and scheduling and applying it to include Physicians and mid-level professionals, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to their recruiting and staffing portfolio.

Meet Cheryl

Meet Cheryl Gross, Director of Executive Placement of Premier Physician Services, LLC. Cheryl brings with her progressive recruiting experience in all disciplines and environments within the healthcare industry. In her career to date, Cheryl’s exceptional interpersonal skills and compassion to help others have been just a couple of the reasons why her applicants enjoy working with her. Cheryl firmly believes there is a right fit for everyone seeking employment. Not only does she take extra time to become acquainted with prospects, she improves resumes, provides interview coaching and really takes that extra step in helping people find the ideal job. In addition, her positive attitude and determination have played an instrumental role in establishing outstanding relationships with her client companies as well.

Fun fact about Cheryl – Cheryl has acquired quite an elaborate coat collection (currently filling 3 closets).
